This pistol was reworked and used by noted firearms innovator and writer J.B. Wood to develop the .25/.32 JBW cartridge, later named the .25 NAA as made by Cor-Bon.  It also has the prototype of a striker block manual safety designed by Wood.  Notebook of documentation includes letter from Wood describing this gun as "the original and only test pistol used during development of .25.32 JBW cartridge,"  along with photos by Wood, magazine articles, correspondence, and notes.  This gun is pictured in "Gun World" articles on the new round in their June 2002 and July 2004 issues. Comes with a box of CorBon .25/32 JBW rounds.

CONDITION:  Retains nearly all of the Rogard refinish applied by Wood over pitting for his experimental use.
